I'm a full time Data Leader in the industry - but I'm passionate about health and fitness too. As the majority of my clients are also full time workers, I run my Personal Training Studio outside of business hours.
I’ve been active for as long as I can remember, and movement has always played a central role in my life.
At 14, I won a bronze medal at a county-wide Under 16s gymnastics competition - the result of dedication, training, and developing the strength and flexibility that still influence how I train today.
During my late teens, I was also a competitive break-dancer, which helped build agility, coordination and a real understanding of how the body moves.
Fitness has never been something I’ve dipped in and out of - it’s been a fundamental constant.
Now in my early fifties, I’m in some of the best shape of my life. That hasn’t come from extremes or shortcuts, but from consistency, smart training, and respecting how the body changes over time.
For the past seven years, I’ve been helping friends and family improve their fitness, strength and confidence. Qualifying as a Personal Trainer has allowed me to offer that same guidance professionally, with the structure and standards clients deserve.
My approach is straightforward and supportive:
I work with clients of all ages and starting points, and I believe everyone can become fitter, stronger and healthier with the right guidance and encouragement.
If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, approachable trainer who understands real bodies, real lives and real progress - I’d love to help you get there.
